What counts as a VM?
Any Linux virtual machine or physical server that you want to manage with PatchMgr counts toward your VM limit. Powered-off or disabled VMs still count.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my VM limit?
You'll receive a notification and have 7 days to either upgrade your plan or remove VMs. During this grace period, all features continue to work normally.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. That's over 2 months free!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise customers can request invoicing with Net 30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No! All plans include free setup and onboarding. We'll help you get started at no additional cost.
What if I need more than unlimited?
For very large deployments (1000+ VMs), we offer custom enterprise pricing with dedicated infrastructure. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
